Warranty and Returns Policy

If you've purchased an incorrect product or if you're dissatisfied with your order, we're here to help. At Minnergo, we aim to provide quality wooden joist beams and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Please read our return and warranty policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and faulty product claims are handled.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 7 working days from the delivery date.

If you have received a defective or faulty product, please notify us immediately at info@minnergo.com. If the product is determined to be faulty, we will replace it with a new one. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the payment for the defective item. Claims for faulty products must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.

Important Notes:

  • The product(s) must be returned with the original, undamaged packaging and labels, unless the product is faulty, in which case the packaging may need to be opened for quality assessment.
  • The returned product(s) should be unused, undamaged, and retain its original appearance.
  • For returns or exchanges, please include the purchase document (invoice) as proof of purchase.
  • The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning or exchanging quality products.
  • If the wrong product was sent to you, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping of the correct product(s).
  • Product descriptions are available on the product pages to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
  • The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods" approved by Order No. 4-243 of the Minister of Economy of 15 March 2012 and the "Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services, When Contracts are Concluded Using Communication Means" approved by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of 17 August 2001.
  • Products that are custom-made or specifically tailored to the buyer's specifications (e.g., products made to custom dimensions, treated with preservatives, painted, etc.) are non-returnable.
